• For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies.
• We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Other Info • The time for the delivery in India would be 4-5 working days. (Except Sundays & other major Indian holidays).
• We are not liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased items in case of unforeseen contingencies like floods, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
• Items dispatch to places within India will be done through reputed couriers like Aramex / India Post / First Flight Courier • Items dispatch to places outside India will be done through reputed couriers like DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, UPS, etc.
• All orders are carefully packaged. However there are times when the shipped items may get damaged in transit.
• If you receive the items in damaged condition, you should inform us about the same by either E Mail or Telephone within 5 days from the delivery date. Once you file a claim with us, please ensure that the damaged items are put back neatly in its original packaging. • The replacement will be sent to you at the earliest.
Wrongly Delivery of Goods In case, you were shipped the wrong item(s), you should intimate us within 5 business working days so that the appropriate item could be dispatched as a replacement OR refund of the complete amount including all shipping charges could be expedited, as per your preference.
